An update on our family of THREE!

So much has happened since I last posted on this little blog of ours.  I'll start with Chris and I first because let's face facts... the only reason why people really read this blog is to know more about our little boy! :)  That's ok, that's how it should be!
This past fall Chris found out that he passed his CPA exam and is now a licensed accountant.  After all his years of hard work he finally has that certificate with his name on it.  Now I just only hope and pray that the hard work will pay off and benefit our family in the end!

I also have something to celebrate in my professional career.  After 8 long and fun years of teaching Kindergarten, this school year I will be trying something new and teaching First Grade.  I have so many mixed emotions about it which most of them are good, but I can't lie... I'm scared at the same time!
Now to the interesting part, my sweet Caleb!  Let me just start off by saying that this little guy is a complete and total mess, but we love him all the same.  Since I last blogged, Caleb has been to Illinois not once, but TWICE! He went once during Spring Break with me and then again at the end of May with Grandma and Grandpa.  While he was there he was spoiled rotten like always and had a chance to spend lots of time with his 3 cousins (Lauren, Alyssa, & Olivia) as well as his Uncle Tim and Aunt Jen.  He got to go fishing, play in the garden, chase rabbits, go see trains... the typical boy things I guess you would say.  Caleb was also the ring bearer in his first wedding this past June for his other Uncle Philip and his new Aunt Ashley.

That pretty much sums up our past few months.  Like I said in my previous post, be on the look out for some great things in the next few months!  Monday we start swimming lessons!! :)
