C'mon and take a Plane Ride!

Caleb got to experience his first plan ride at 9 1/2 months old can you believe it?! While this was an exciting moment in his life, it was for very unfortunate and sad circumstances that he experienced this ride. Chris aunt passed away last week and we had to make a sudden trip back to New Orleans. A regular car ride to New Orleans would take about 9 hours and we didn't have that kind of time so we had to jump on Southwest Airlines to get back down there. Here is Caleb on his first plane ride: Caleb did so well on the flight. As we were taking off he could hear the jets getting louder and he would mimic the sounds that they made. Once we got up in the air he fell asleep and we didn't hear a peep out of him until we landed!! The plane ride home however was not that smooth. In fact, we went through lots of "turbulance" with our little man and let's just say, Chris and I felt very sorry for the people who were riding the plane with us! Even though our trip was for a loss in the family, we did however get to spend time with family and realize what is important in life and what should take priority. Here are a few pictures of Caleb with his Uncle Kent: And I couldn't pass up on this opportunity, like father like son!
