'Twas the Night Before Christmas
'Twas the night before Christmas
and all through the house
Mom and Caleb were making cookies
Daddy was quiet sitting on the couch.
Mom hung the stockings
because Daddy didn't care
In hopes that Santa Claus
soon would be there.
Noelle was sprawled out
all over the bed
While she had visions
of treats dancing in her head.
Caleb in his gingerbread jammies
and us ready for him to sleep
While Mommy had cookies
ready for Santa to eat.
When the phone rang and Nana
was full of chatter
Caleb was crying
as we wondered what was the matter.
Noelle started barking
and running so quick
Daddy fed Caleb
and Mommy took Christmas pics.
Carols in the background
while Daddy rolled his eyes
Noelle in the kitchen
trying to catch all the flies.
Mommy under the misletoe
Caleb was too
Daddy off to the side saying,
"I want a Kiss too!"
As Caleb fell asleep
we laid him in his bed
When up on the roof
we heard Santa land with his sled.
We ran to the window
to see a jolly sight
Santa and his reindeer were here
on Christmas Eve night.
From our house to yours
this happy holiday
we send you lots of love
and best wishes your way.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

This is so cute! I am sure Caleb got lots of presents from Santa because he is a "GOOD" boy. Miss and love you.
